Th13 september 2025 Ingrid Prospekting AB sat down with the Swedish näringsdepartement representant by Sverigedemokraterna, Moderaterna and
kristdemokraterna, we as a company are very pleased that thay now recognize the important suggestion that we made are being addressed properly by Ebba Bush and the government. We are very proud to contribute to a better mineral strategy for Sweden and for us smaller company's.

Ingrid Prospekting AB is please to announce that the license application for Långmalms fältet was applied for from the Swedish Bergsstaten.
We are exited to start exploration as soon as possible.

IRINA FÄLTET
Ingrid Prospekting AB has submitted an application to the Swedish Mining Inspectorate (Bergsstaten) for an exploration licence covering the Irina Field.
The application strengthens the Company’s position in Valdemarsvik and is consistent with its strategy as a long-term mineral exploration developer. The Irina Field would complement Ingrid Prospekting’s existing key assets, including the Felicia Field and the Fedor Field.
Ingrid Prospekting AB remains focused on the systematic acquisition and development of mineral rights in Sweden, with particular emphasis on high-value and energy-related metals.

NEW STRONG ADDITION TO THE BOARD
Ingrid Prospekting AB is pleased to announce that Nina Selander has joined the company’s Board of Directors.
Nina brings extensive experience from the automotive industry and currently serves as CEO of NEVS (National Electric Vehicle Sweden). she will contribute to the strategic development of Ingrid Prospekting AB and support the company’s long-term ambition to become a leader in exploration development.
We are delighted that Nina has chosen to join the Board. Her proven track record, determination, and drive closely align with the values and philosophy of Ingrid Prospekting AB, making her an excellent addition to the team.

FEDOR FÄLTET
Ingrid Prospekting AB are very happy to announce that we have secured the Fedor field
nr 1 in Valdemarsviks kommun the extension to the Felicia field. The Felicia field was one of our first explorations ever undertaken and it has proven itself worthy of advance exploration. The Fedor field is 200 hetares and is a great addition.

First exploration of 2026 done. Close too 100 kilograms of samples was collected.
A successful exploration, with very high efficiency despite the rainy conditions.

Ingrid Prospekting AB are please to announce that the Felicia Field licens was extended by Swedish bergsstaten for additional 3 yers, due to the high copper content in the assay tests.
